Applicable support will be provided by an appointed coach, mentor and all UWC structures and systems, while progress will be monitored to ensure successful completion of the nGAP. As this is a partnership between the Department and UWC, successful candidates will have to comply with the normal employment conditions of UWC, as well as the requirements of the Department.
